You are paying for 4 x 30 minute individual lessons at the Allegro Music Academy with teacher Thomas Andreas.

Should you wish to pay for extra blocks of 4, please increase the quantity accordingly. 

The amount you pay will be added to your account and your teacher will be notified of this.  Please enter the First Name and Surname of the student taking the lessons (Not the person paying for the lessons) in the box provided.
